CR-10 Solid Bed Mounts with Pi Camera and Wire Strain – AUTO LEVEL SENSOR REQUIRED

These are solid bed mounts for the CR-10. They are 22mm in height and get you the most out of the Z height when using them. You MUST have an autolevel sensor since you can no longer level the bed.

README:

You will need 2 of the simple mounts (look at the beginning of the file names for how many to print). I printed everything at 100% infill and drilled out the holes in the mounts to fit the screws. They may or may not be tight as is when you print them so be prepared to drill them out to get the stock screws to fit.

Print in ABS or PETG at the least due to the heat that they will be around.

CR-10 8mm Threaded Rod Spool Adapter Plates

This is the adapter plates that I made to use a standard 8mm threaded rod setup with your stock CR-10 spool holder. I have included the quick change spool adapter and 8mm rod clips that I use in the download ZIP. You will need 5-6″ of 8mm (5/16″) threaded rod and 2 nuts to do this. A nut goes on each side of the adapter plates to secure it to the holder. It is very solid.

You can use the included quick change spool holder with OR without bearings. It works well with both. I drill mine out after printing to give it some wiggle room on the threaded rod.

Print in ABS or PETG with 50% infill. If you only have PLA print with a high infill (75% or more).

STARTT Anti-Z Wobble Upgrade

This is what you want to print if you are having a “wobbly” Z axis due to bent leadscrews. Print 2 of these.

Just print these with 15-20% infill. Remove the leadscrew nut from the X idlers and put them on this instead. Then place these UNDER the X idlers. This will allow the leadscrews to move side to side without moving the X axis.
