Terms & Conditions:
- All services and prices are provided on a per customer basis. Overall I guarantee all my work for 30 days on computer repairs, network installs, and any other labor based services unless otherwise specified.
- All custom computers built with NEW parts carry a 1 year parts warranty through EACH individual part manufacturer. In the unlikely event should a part fail in one of my custom systems I will remove the offending part and handle the RMA procedure on your behalf. YOU will be responsible for the small shipping and handling charge (typically between $5-$15 USD). You will NOT be charged for the labor to remove or install the part back into the system. I wish I could cover the S&H charge but I am just a sole individual and not large enough to eat the cost (yet).
- All guarantees are null and void if it is found that the customer has tampered with the setup and/or service whether it was instructed by them to do so from a 3rd party (ISP tech support, Other tech companies, GeekSquad agents, etc) or on their own free will. This also includes pre-existing issues that were not addressed outside of the original issue (faulty parts, power failures, acts of god, etc). I have had many people undo what I have repaired by following “advice” from a 3rd party when I explicitly warned them not to. I CANNOT and will NOT be held responsible for YOUR actions based on someone elses recommendations other than my own.
- All network setup and computer repair services come with some level of data loss risk. I am not to be held responsible should anything go wrong during a repair/setup and data is lost. I will do what I can, to a reasonable extent, to try and recover the data should data loss occur. This risk is MUCH higher when dealing with older equipment (2+ years). I have yet to lose any data for a customer in over 5 years.
- All used computer equipment, parts, and accessories are sold AS-IS unless otherwise specified. All full computer systems are rigorously tested to ensure optimal longevity. I do NOT sell a system unless it is in like new working condition. Some used items may have minor signs of normal wear as they are used.
